What you’ll learn

The Dublin Experience program combines structured classroom learning with real-world practice.

You will choose a Core class from options like General English or IELTS Prep from Monday to Thursdays.

Every student will also select an Elective class on Fridays such as Business English, or English through Soccer, to tailor their learning experience.

Two afternoons per week, the English through Dublin class brings learning into the real world. You will get to explore Dublin through guided visits and cultural experiences while strengthening speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in authentic contexts.

Students may:

  • Explore Dublin’s history, culture, art, and everyday life
  • Use maps and real materials to navigate and understand the city
  • Join real conversations inspired by city experiences
  • Listen and respond during guided tours and local interactions

Possible excursions could include: Temple Bar, Molly Malone, Howth, River Liffey, and Phoenix Park.

*Excursions are examples only, and actual activities may vary.

Transportation:

Some excursions will require travel on Dublin’s public transit system. Please ensure you have a valid LEAP Card (public transit pass).
