Cohort 24’s Learn to Earn journey has officially wrapped, marking six months of focused language development, cultural exploration, and steady transformation. Beginning in April 2025, ten motivated learners joined ILSC with a shared goal to strengthen their English communication skills and build new opportunities for the future. By October, they had developed stronger language foundations, improved digital and presentation skills, and grown as communicators and collaborators.
To celebrate their accomplishments, here is a look at their progress, milestones, and standout experiences.
Enjoy their final video recap here:

A Journey That Started With Ambition

Cohort 24 began the program at various English levels ranging from ILSC Beginner 1 to Beginner 44. By the end, all participants had advanced to higher levels, from Beginner 4 to Intermediate 2. Their program followed a guided structure that helped them build confidence step by step:

  • Goal Setting (4 weeks)
  • Learning and Development (16 weeks)
  • Work Life Training (4 weeks)
  • Internship Preparation (4 weeks)

Their strong progress was supported by consistent attendance, active participation, and commitment to practicing English every day.

Learning English Through Innovation: The English Through AI Project

One of the highlights of the program was the English Through AI project, an experience that brought creativity and technology into the classroom. Students expanded their vocabulary related to technology and emotional intelligence, strengthened collaboration skills through team tasks, and learned how to use AI tools to brainstorm, organize, and present ideas clearly.
The week concluded with student presentations that showcased their learning and confidence.

Cultural Learning and Global Connection

Cohort 24 experienced several enriching activities that helped them practice English beyond the classroom and better understand global perspectives.

National Museum Visit in New Delhi

A visit to the National Museum provided an opportunity to observe art and history while practicing vocabulary, speaking skills, and critical thinking in a real world setting.

International Virtual Trips

The cohort took part in virtual cultural exchanges with ILSC campuses in three Australian cities. Each session offered a unique learning theme.

Everyday Safety Tips for Students

  • ILSC Brisbane focused on Bollywood, Indian culture, and practical use of present and past tenses.
  • ILSC Perth explored spirituality and the role of yoga in Indian and international contexts.
  • ILSC Sydney introduced the group to leadership principles and examples of influential leaders from different time periods.

These virtual experiences supported global awareness and helped students practice communication with new audiences.

Guest Session with Liam Shuker from ILSC Sydney

Liam visited the cohort and led an engaging session titled Life in the UK. His stories and insights offered a lively look into British culture and daily life and encouraged students to ask questions and share their own perspectives.

Building Confidence for the Future

Throughout the program, Cohort 24:

  • strengthened their communication abilities
  • gained confidence using AI tools
  • practiced real world presentations
  • developed teamwork and cross cultural understanding
  • prepared for professional environments through weekly training

The students completed their program with internship experiences at PRAYAAS, a nonprofit organization focused on creating sustainable change through education, healthcare, and community empowerment for underserved groups, and ABHAS, an NGO whose name means Realization and works to promote stronger social and civic values along with improved personal and public hygiene in communities.
These internship placements allowed the learners to apply their communication skills in meaningful, community driven environments while gaining practical exposure to real workplace responsibilities.
