In this unit you will learn how to develop social media engagement plans for different groups of people. Topics include: Prepare to develop social media strategy; Devise social media engagement strategy; Facilitate content delivery; Monitor and evaluate social media engagement.

This unit is all about ecommerce marketing. It will equip students with skills and knowledge relating to optimising online stores and promoting ecommerce offers. It also explores other ecommerce marketing opportunities, such as social shopping using social commerce.

In this unit you will learn how to communicate messages in a wide range of contexts by interpreting a creative brief and writing persuasive copy. Topics include: Establish content purpose; Prepare content; Finalise content.

This unit covers how to combine digital marketing with offline marketing approaches. It is important to note that there are various definitions of omnichannel marketing that exist within the digital marketing community, however in this unit, omnichannel marketing is marketing that uses both online and offline channels.

This unit equips students with skills to plan, implement and evaluate performance marketing campaigns. Performance marketing refers to an area of marketing where brands only pay when something results in people doing something, such as clicking on an ad or making a purchase from it.

Performance marketing typically involves advertising. Common performance marketing approaches include paid search advertising, display advertising and social media advertising.
