Skills Plus is designed for students aged 13-17 years old who are at an intermediate level of English. Skills Plus classes are focused on learning topics that are relevant, relatable, and interesting to teens.

Skills Plus is optional, and available during specific weeks of the program for an additional fee. Students who choose this option take it instead of English classes and can book 1, 2, or 3 weeks within the Skills Plus options during their availability.

ILSC offers two academic English programs for the junior age group. You can either study academic English alone, or combine your English program with high school credits.
Study English with other students age 14-17. Our specially designed curriculum for the junior age group will support English language skills for academic and social settings.
Learn English in classes designed for the 14-17 age group, while at the same time completing Ontario high school credits, powered by TVO ILC.
