Our Stay Healthy at School Program provides all students with 24/7 mental health and wellbeing support.

Greystone College Canada students have free, 24/7 access to support in 100+ languages through the Stay Healthy At School service.

With our Stay Healthy At School program, you’ll have free access to immediate chat support and a wealth of free resources to help your ongoing personal and academic success, in the way that’s most convenient, comfortable and valuable for you.

Whether you’re stressed about an assignment, finding it difficult to adjust to life in Canada, struggling to manage your time, or simply feeling overwhelmed trying to manage finances, speak to someone who understands your language and culture, in confidence, and access resources and tools to help.

How it Works

Acess support any time, anywhere, through the Stay Healthy At School program.

Log in to the Greystone College Student Portal or the myGreystone App

From there, you'll be able to

  • Download the Stay Healthy at School App
  • Access the 24/7 Stay Healthy at School helpline OR;
  • Access the online website where you can schedule an appointment or chat live with a counsellor

Get connected to one of Stay Healthy at School's experienced and compassionate counsellors who all have a Master's degree and at least 5 years of clinical experience.  You can get immediate, 24/7 support by calling or connecting on the app, through your phone, or on the website.  You also have the option to schedule a counselling appointment for the future.

You’ll be supported through your concern, no matter how big or small. Stay Healthy at School can help you with:
