LANGUAGE LEVEL REQUIREMENT

Intermediate 3

(Equivalent to TOEFL iBT 46, or IELTS 5.5)

OR Completion of a minimum of three full years of study in a secondary or post-secondary institution where the sole language of instruction is English.

• Work Placement Skills 1 & 2 or Job Search Preparation (depending on your schedule, and whether you are taking an academic or co-op program)

This course will provide the foundation you need to oversee the provision of quality dining service, including responsible alcohol service as well as onsite food and beverage operations.
