Through the Sonder App in Australia and Ireland as well as the Stay Healthy at School program in Canada, ILSC Language Schools and Greystone College students can access free immediate chat or phone support in over 100 languages, in the way that’s most convenient and comfortable for them.

Students also get access to free online resources and tools to help with personal and academic success.

How it Works

Sonder will set up an account for you and you will receive an email shortly after your start date.

After you receive your email, you'll be able to download the app to your phone, complete a few sign up steps, and be ready to go, with Sonder support at your fingertips any time of the day or night!

  • Access the 24/7 Stay Healthy at School helpline
  • Access the online website where you can schedule an appointment or chat live with a counsellor
Stay Healthy at School Features 
  • Free and 100% confidential, within the limits of the law
  • 24/7 immediate or ongoing support from Stay Healthy At School's qualified professional counsellors (who have a Master's degree and at least 5 years of clinical experience)
  • Choose to communicate by website chat, app, video call, or phone 
  • Services available in over 100 languages
  • Access to relevant articles and videos on health and diet, living away, life skills, student success, relationships, and more.
