To help you, Greystone College has partnered with Encubate Inc*., an authorized immigration consulting firm which offers step by step visa and permit application assistance that will help your journey to ILSC, Greystone College and beyond!

*Encubate Inc. is authorized to offer immigration services under the Canadian Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA). The Principle Consultant at Encubate Inc. is Mr. Bassel Zoueiter, who is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

FREE Services for Current Greystone College Students

    • Monthly online workshops to discuss visas, study permits, CAQ’s, and coop work permits.
    • Online workshops to discuss immigration and permanent residence.
    • In-person Encubate info booth during student intakes where Encubate staff can assist new students with general questions.  (Available in Toronto and Vancouver.)

*These free services are also available to ILSC Language Schools students who meet the eligibility requirements.

To qualify for any complimentary services, students must meet the following conditions:

  • Students must be physically present in Canada.
  • Complimentary services only cover professional service fees.
  • Students are responsible for paying all government fees associated with their applications.

FREE Services for Students Registering for a New Greystone College Program

In addition to the services available to current students, those students registering for a new Greystone College program may also access:

  • Consultations and case assessments for immigration and permanent residence.
  • Consultations and case assessments for changing status from visitor to student.
  • Applications for study permit extensions or change of conditions.
  • Applications for new coop work permits, extensions, or change of conditions.
  • Applications for new CAQ’s or extensions.

To qualify for any complimentary services, students must meet the following conditions:

  • Students must be physically present in Canada.
  • Complimentary services only cover professional service fees.
  • Students are responsible for paying all government fees associated with their applications.
  • And must meet one of the following conditions:
    • Students must be attending ILSC Language School and transitioning to Greystone College; or
    • Students must be attending another DLI and registering for a new program at Greystone College; or
    • Students must be attending Greystone College and registering for a new program at Greystone College.

FREE Services for Education Agents

Agents working with Greystone College are eligible for the following FREE services from Encubate:

SERVICES:
  • Email support for visas, study permits, CAQ’s, and co-op work permits. Response time for agent inquiries is guaranteed to be within one business day. 
  • Periodic workshops and training sessions for agency staff to discuss visas, study permits, coop work permits, immigration, and permanent residence. Agent workshops are delivered online through Zoom.
  • Periodic workshops hosted in collaboration with agency staff and delivered to students referred by the agency to discuss pathways to immigration through education. Student workshops are delivered online through Zoom.
  • One-on-one consultations and case assessments for eligible students to showcase various pathways to immigration through language and education.
