Greystone College Toronto (Greystone College of Business and Technology (Toronto) Inc.) is a registered private career college under the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005. The Ministry of Colleges and Universities (MCU) requires us to report certain student outcomes as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
The key performance indicators improve the quality of information available to our students, their employers and to Greystone College Toronto. They help prospective students understand if we can meet their needs; they help employers make informed decisions about hiring our graduates; and they help Greystone College Toronto identify opportunities to better meet the needs of our students and their future employers.
The percentage of graduates of a vocational program in the labour force who were employed during a defined period following graduation
The percentage of graduates of a vocational program in the labour force who were employed in a field related to their training during a defined period following graduation
The percentage of graduates of a vocational program who perceived that their PCC experience was useful to them in achieving their goals after graduation during a defined period following graduation
The percentage of employers who indicate that they are satisfied with the graduate’s overall PCC preparation during a defined period following the graduate’s graduation date
Graduation Rate is calculated based on the student enrolment and graduation data submitted by Greystone College Toronto.
All other KPIs are calculated based on the results of graduate outcomes and
employer satisfaction surveys administered by Forum (a third-party research organization). These surveys use the data about graduate students submitted by Greystone College Toronto.
