Our Enrolment Advisor Team Goes From Strength to Strength
And a big shout to our very own direct sales teams. Despite a year of much change and challenge, Scott Kass and the team continue to consistently hit their monthly sales targets for both ELS and ILSC.
We extend credit to all and a huge heartfelt thanks to Aime, Alejandra, Ana Miranda, Ana Rueda, Arlette, Carlos, Dayra, Elizandro, Linda, Monika, and Nadine. You guys truly rock!
Moving forward under the leadership of Melina Trindade, we are looking forward to great things from Scott and our far flung team from Mexico to Poland and from France to Canada!
Connecting With Our Agents Around the Globe
The last few months have been busy. The global Sales Team has been actively participating at many of the most important agent workshops and fairs in Asia, Europe, Türkiye, Africa, and Latin America. All of our major competitors attended the same events; hence it is very important that we participate at the same events and fairs.
We kicked off September by attending Alphe UK in London. Paul Schroeder, Chris Nolan, Vincent Powell, Simon Gooch, and Juanita Velez took part at this very important global agent workshop from September 1-3. The team met with over 50 agents over a two-day period. On September 2, they attended the Study Travel Star Awards ceremony in London and were delighted to receive two awards: ILSC/ELS won the Study Travel Star Award for Chain School and Greystone College won the Vocational College Study Travel Star Award. The entire organization played a role in helping win these two prestigious awards.

In Latin America, we attended various events in September and October. Andrew Goulding travelled to Mexico in late September to support Esmeralda Velazquez at the Universo and Class Education fairs. They also met with the key agents in Mexico City, Monterrey, and Chihuahua.
Katty Santiago spent two weeks attending the Viajes y Viajes fairs in Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru in October. Santiago Castro participated at four Study Union Fairs and Marcela attended the Extudiar fairs in Colombia.
In Brazil, Marcia Alves, Juliana Stange, and Gustavo Gandra attended the CI fair in September. Team Brazil engaged with over 100 branch offices at the IE Intercambio, Experimento, and Information Planet agent workshops in September and October.

On October 7 and 8, Nikki and Bernard Kim attended the EDM fairs. Bernard and Anette Park also participated at the Chongro and IAE fairs.
In Thailand, M. Supachai joined the IDP, IEC, and Hands On fairs, and Phoebe Bui attended the IDP and GSP fairs.
In Japan, Shiori Homma attended the Last Resort and Ryugaku Journal fair in September and October, and Ingrid Hsu participated at the OH Study and IECA fairs.

Europe/Türkiye/Africa
Juanita visited the key agents in Europe over the last couple of months; she recently attended the Aseproce agent event in Spain for the first time. In Türkiye, Levent Kocaturk participated at the A2 and IEFT fairs in October.
Simon travelled to the Ivory Coast in October and will return to Ivory Coast and Senegal in November to visit agents and important high schools. In late November, he will attend the ESL workshop in Barcelona.
Global
From November 5-7, Paul, Chris Mediratta, Chris N, Vincent, Simon, and Juanita engaged with over 100 agents at ICEF Berlin. To name a few agents, the team met with CI, Experimento, IE, Information Planet, Intelligent Partners, Sindibad, Viajes y Viajes, EEM, YIES Africa, among many other key accounts. On the final night of ICEF, they organized an exclusive dinner with 15 key agents at a fantastic Turkish restaurant. Everyone enjoyed themselves; it was an amazing way to cap off a very successful event.

New Hires and Roles/Departures
In September, Simon took on the additional responsibility of Global Sales Director for the United States. In this role, he will focus on increasing sales to ELS by working closely with the global Sales Team and the Operations Team at ELS. Simon first joined ELS in 2012, so he has a wealth of knowledge about ELS and the U.S. market.
Dani Atencia, former team lead for LATAM registrations, joined the Sales Team in September as the Global Sales Coordinator for Groups. Dani is responsible for working closely with the global Sales Team to help them increase conversion rates and sales via tracking and monitoring. Dani is also working on streamlining the processes to improve efficiencies.
As most of you know, Marilia Ouchi joined the Registration Team on November 6 to support Melina Trinidad with various projects that will further enhance the admissions process. Marilia did a phenomenal job working with Marcia, Juliana, Gustavo, and the entire organization. The Sales Team will miss her immensely, but at the same time, they know that she is very excited to take on a new and exciting role. We are certain she will do an excellent job in her new role.
