ELS, ILSC, & Greystone College Employee Recognition Awards (2023)

We are thrilled to launch our 2023 Employee Recognition Awards! The purpose of the awards is to take the time to recognize and celebrate our colleagues for all of their great accomplishments and efforts in 2023. Detailed instructions are below on how to nominate, including the various award categories, but should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact HR@ilsc.com or HR@els.edu.

Please select which category you would like to nominate someone for and include their name, location, and what great things they are doing. There are no limits on submissions.

Be specific in how the nominee met the award criteria including examples that explain why someone deserves to be recognized!

Last day to submit a nomination is January 15, 2024. The winners will be announced in January!

Award Categories:

1. Going Above & Beyond Award: This award is to recognize an individual or team who has performed their work in an exemplary manner, gone “above and beyond” what is expected in their duties, and enhanced the student, agent, and/or employee experience.
2. Outstanding Student Service Award: This award is to recognize the campus that demonstrates dedication to exceeding student expectations and continuously improving the overall student experience and student satisfaction as demonstrated through our student feedback surveys.
3. Innovation in the Classroom Award: This award is to recognize a faculty member at ELS, ILSC, and Greystone College who has embraced creative innovations in the classroom to facilitate enhanced classroom experiences and learning for our students.
4. Outstanding Community Social Responsibility (CSR) Commitment Award: This award is to recognize an individual or team who brings CSR to life at ELS, ILSC, and Greystone College, including transformative and inspirational CSR initiative(s), community impact, enthusiasm and dedication to CSR, a commitment to serving our communities, and/or authentic and meaningful content that connects with the ELS, ILSC, and Greystone College community.
5. Outstanding Core Value Ambassador Award: This award is to recognize an individual or team that consistently contributes to our mission by exemplifying exceptional values-based behaviour and who embraces our core values of Passion, Innovation, Collaboration, Respect, and Integrity in everything that they do.
