Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, we at ILSC Education Group have kept a close watch on our local realities and continuously adapted our operations in alignment with federal, provincial, and local health policies to keep our staff, students, and stakeholders safe while providing excellent and transformative learning and living experiences.  In Canada, we couldn’t be more thankful for the nation’s successful vaccination campaign and the supportive health measures and guidance that allowed us to return to in school class delivery across Canada this summer and created new possibilities for international students to enter the country to discover amazing learning experiences at our schools.   

With Canada now entering a fourth wave of the pandemic, and vaccines readily available, we continue to adjust our policies to ensure the safest learning and working environments possible.  From Tuesday September 7th in Toronto and Monday September 13th in Vancouver and Montréal, ILSC will be implementing a Vaccination Policy across all Canadian schools. The policy will require all students, staff, and contractors to be fully vaccinated in order to access our campuses. Those who are not fully vaccinated will be provided with information on vaccines and required to participate in routine, rapid COVID-19 antigen or PCR testing. Details about implementation will be available in the coming weeks.

The new Canadian Vaccination Policy complements the many measures we’ve already taken to create safe working and learning environments during the pandemic.  As we move forward and welcome more and more students to our campuses, we will continue to keep all of our partners, students, and staff informed of changes.
