  • Salary: 16.00$/hour + compensation for emergency phone (110$ per week)
Job Duties: 
  • Homestay family recruitment
  • Placement of students with homestay families
  • Organization of transfer from airport to family to airport
  • Communication with agents
  • Homestay family payments
  • Liaising between students and homestay families
  • Counseling of students
  • Emergency telephone on evenings and weekends

 

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes: 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • General office skills; computer skills; multi-tasking skills
  • Mediation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Bilingualism (F & E) required; third language an asset
  • Previous working experience with international students
