Each year at ILSC & GC, we take the opportunity to recognize our colleagues accomplishments, hard work and contribution in the workplace by nominating them for the Lead5050’s annual awards. These awards recognize innovative individuals and organizational initiatives that address the advancement of women and who show an exceptional commitment to gender equality in the workplace. Lead 5050 Business Leadership Mentoring Program:
ELS, ILSC & Greystone College are thrilled to have 20 participants in the Fall 2022 session of Lead5050’s Business Leadership Mentoring Program. Individuals from ELS, ILSC & Greystone College were nominated by leadership thanks to their leadership potential and their role and responsibilities. The goal of this 6-month program is to build global connections, strengthen leadership skills and to empower our leaders. We hope you enjoy the program!
Global HR System Project (UKG):
We are thrilled to announce that the ILSC & GC HR team has begun the process of implementing a new global HR system for ILSC and Greystone College. Phase 1 of the system implementation, taking place in October 2022, will support the following processes:

Vaccination Policy Ends October 3, 2022
The Australian and Canadian governments have now removed all COVID-19 border requirements, including vaccination, any testing, and quarantine/isolation requirements and as a result, ILSC Education Group has made the decision to end its Vaccination Policy as of October 3, 2022.
We want to thank all faculty and staff for their support with the policy while it was needed, and should you have any questions, please speak with your Manager.
