The Marketing Team continues to work on a wide variety of projects to support our schools around the globe. Read on for the latest updates. 

 

Our Team

Since our last update, we’ve had some new additions and role changes in the Marketing Team. We wanted to take a moment to update you on our team changes, and also remind you what our whole team does! 

Manson Osmond, Global Brand Director​: Oversees the Marketing Team, setting and guiding the strategic direction of the team. 

Mara Müller, Marketing Communications Manager: Manages content and copywriting strategy for all marketing collateral.​​ 

Shigeru Matsubara, Senior Marketing Technology Specialist: Oversees and strategizes marketing databases, websites, and customer-facing technologies like the application forms and quoting tools.​ 

Juan Camilo Leal, Videographer/Social Media Specialist: Films and edits amazing marketing videos, manages global social media accounts, and supports local account managers​. 

Hudson Dos Santos, Graphic Designer: Artistic talent behind creative design for websites, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and more.​ 

 

 

 

Marwa Elgabry, Junior Marketing Communications Coordinator: Supports with marketing content and copywriting for all marketing collateral.​

ELS Marketing Projects – Recent & In Progress 

Upgrading and enhancing how we showcase the value of studying at ELS USA has been one of our key efforts recently and ongoing. Here are some of the projects we’ve worked on to support ELS: 

  • Moving ELS Website onto the HubSpot Platform – this gave us the ability to make quicker updates and corrections to ELS information and has made it easier to quickly launch updates like the reopening of the Chicago center, or the campus moves for Philadelphia and New York. 
  • Launched the ELS Quoting Tool – taking a page from the success of the ILSC and Greystone College quoting tool, we launched the same tool for ELS to support agents to create easy quotes which they can tailor for their potential students, and to help capture new hot leads for the Direct Sales team to follow up with. 
  • Launched the ELS Free English Test – the ELS Free English Test is a light version of the ELS Academic English Placement Test.  The test provides an immediate level to students who complete it which they can use as a general guide for planning their studies. The test also helps us capture potential leads that we can follow up with.
  • ELS Online Application – launched in Q3, the ELS Online Application has been especially valuable for our agents, who can experience a similar application experience across of our brands. 
  • ELS Website Improvement Project – The Marketing Team is currently undertaking a major project to revamp the ELS website, in consultation with various ELS stakeholders and experts. Our focus is to create a better user experience, showcase ELS’s unique selling points that make us stand out from our competition, highlight the experiences available at each of our ELS Centers, and generally integrate relevant content to support our students, partners, as well as our Search Engine Rankings (SEO). 

 

ILSC Marketing Projects – Recent & In Progress 

While ELS enhancements have been a key focus, we’ve also been supporting with a variety of important ILSC and Greystone College initiatives. Here’s the latest: 

  • CertTESOL Launch – Supporting our Australia teams with the launch of a new English Teacher Training program, CertTESOL, our team helped create the program webpage, application form, and have also supported with ad campaigns on social media platforms. 
  • Perth Launch – With Perth quickly growing, we’ve been delighted to support with creating additional photos, video testimonials, and the official launch party video to help show our partners and potential students how this newest school is coming to life and growing exponentially! 
  • ILSC HELLO and ILSC ALLO Launch – Our Online English and French programs have both been launched on the website and application form. 

 

Amazing Videos to Showcase Our Amazing Schools across ELS, ILSC, and Greystone College

 We’ve continually supported the creation of new videos to showcase student experiences, graduations, career fairs, our fantastic learning destinations, and much more through dynamic and engaging video content.
