HR Updates

Global HR and Payroll Projects:

We are very excited to have launched BambooHR for ILSC and Greystone College on February 1, 2023. We want to thank the team members who collaborated with HR on the implementation. ELS HR remains on the UKG platform. 

Some of the enhancements we’re already enjoying from BambooHR include the following:

• Global careers page to showcase all of our job postings with an updated careers landing page
• Simplified recruitment platform and a consistent digital onboarding experience for all new employees
• Single Sign-On feature through Microsoft 365 (so that you don’t have to remember another password!)
• Electronic completion of employee forms through BambooHR
• Direct access to see new hires joining the organization and to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries
• Direct access to a global organizational chart and employee directory

Additionally, the HR and Payroll teams have been busy updating the Australian payroll software to a newer version: MYOB Advanced. Australian employees will see training and the rollout of the upgraded system over March and April. These upgrades are more user-friendly and will improve the process of completing timesheets and help automate tasks for payroll.

We look forward to continuing to improve our HR and payroll systems for a great employee experience!

2023 Global Engagement Survey:

ILSC and Greystone College have launched our annual Engagement Survey, which will be open April 5 – 19 for staff to provide feedback. You should have received an email on April 5 with a link to the survey, which should take approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete.

We thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback about your experience working at ILSC and Greystone College, which will drive further discussions and focus groups about how we can improve our workplace.

We are also excited to share that starting 2024, ELS will be participating in the Engagement Survey!
