CANCELLATION
Cancellation before arrival
- All documents (visa, payment, flight details) must be received at least 4 weeks prior to arrival. Failure to receive these documents could mean the loss of placement
- Cancellation with less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, will be charged the lesser of 4 weeks accommodation or actual time booked plus the accommodation placement fee, and the difference refunded.
- Cancellation of more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, will be charged the accommodation placement fee, and the difference refunded.
Cancellation after arrival
- 5-8 weeks booking: Minimum 2 weeks notice required for refund (first 4 weeks non-refundable)
- 9+ week booking: Minimum 4 weeks notice required for refund
Change of dates pre-arrival - less than 30 days prior to the arrival date:
- Step 1: Check accommodation availability (not guaranteed for new dates)
- If available, 1-week change fee charged
- New arrival date confirmed
Change of dates pre-arrival - more than 30 days prior to the arrival date:
- Step 1: Check accommodation availability (not guaranteed for new dates)
- Step 2: If available, no change fee applied (first change only)
- Step 3: New arrival date confirmed
- A fee of $150 charged after the first change
