Taxes	A mandatory 14% hotel tax plus a 1.5% tourism tax for a total of 15.5% will be added for stays of less than 30 days.
Cancellation Policy:	A $100 fee will be charged for all cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date. No-shows will be charged one full month rent. Upon arrival, all students must pay a security deposit of $350 for a shared room or $550 for a private room
