Program Schedule and Courses

9:00 AM – 10:40 AM Introduction to TOEFL or TOEFL Preparation
10:50 AM – 12:30 AM TOEFL Speaking

1:20 AM – 3:00 PM  (optional)

Skills elective: choose from a variety of courses designed to strengthen specific language skills—for example Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking

The IBT 70+ Guarantee

Students in the TOEFL Mastery program are guaranteed to reach iBT 70 or higher by the end of their program (the number of weeks required to meet the guarantee varies depending on the students’ starting level). If students do not achieve a minimum iBT 70 score after successfully completing 8–16 weeks of study, they will receive up to 8 weeks of free classes until they reach 70+.*

*Students taking the TOEFL Mastery Program should be able to achieve iBT 70 or higher after completing their program. If a student fails to achieve this (as determined by an official TOEFL iBT score of 69 or lower), he/she can take up to 8 additional weeks of TOEFL study immediately following receipt of the test score. To obtain the 8 weeks of free TOEFL study, the student must have met the following conditions during their initial TOEFL study period:

  • 100% attendance required
  • Active class participation required
  • Students must hand in 100% of their assignments, on time
  • Students must take the official TOEFL test and receive an official score of iBT 69 or lower
  • Students must complete the full number of study weeks required according to their start level
